Focus: Spruce and pine

The main markets are the Baltics, Germany and Czech Republic. A small part is sold to China. About 50 percent of production is sold to the Group's company Byko-Lat in Latvia, for further processing.

Laesti produces and delivers sawn products of both pine and spruce in varying degrees of dryness as well a number of by-products such as cellulose chips for paper mills, sawdust for pellet production and bark for heating.

Laesti's geographical location is favorable from both a market and customer perspective and also in connection with raw material procurement, as most others Sawmills in Estonia are located in the central and eastern parts of the country.
